That will be the day you see your worth, that day, will be a really good day”… I’m a slightly obsessed indoor plant lover who drinks way too much coffee, i think a trip to the beach can heal the soul and first world problems are tackled with a glass of wine and a good friend.

Carefree & fun I have been with my husband since the age of 17 and have 4 incredible kids! Over the years i’ve spent a lot of time worrying about what other people think and it took a long time to be content with life’s obstacles so now I’m here just doing what I love!

I’m self taught and always trying to build my skills and investing in my photography with workshops to gain as much knowledge as I can soak up! I’m a natural light, lifestyle photographer with a unique style, completely inlove with moody tones and my goal in this journey is to capture your you!

I like to draw upon my country laid back, and ‘chatty’ persona to capture wedding photography in an un-posed, natural and documentary style, observing all the excitement, the laughter, the mishaps, the emotion, and the romance, and capture it all as it happens and as largely unscripted moments.

I believe so much in the planning process in the lead up of the wedding and making sure that we’ve got everything covered no matter what the day will bring (even the potential mishaps) so it still forms part of a beautiful story. I like to meet couples before the day, and get a feel for their personal wedding style choices to ensure that the images captured are going to focus on the important elements of the day. Whilst I capture my photographs in a largely candid and natural way, I also carefully consider different angles and the placement of the bridal party and bride and groom, as well as the time of the day, settings and weather conditions to enhance the creativity of the images, my unique style, and the couple’s own inspirational input.

I understand how daunting it can be to have professional images taken and it’s my hope that through meeting couples before the wedding and considering a candid approach, it ensures the couples and bridal parties I am privileged to capture, feel as comfortable in front of the camera as possible.

I have now photographed several weddings throughout the Riverina and Border North East regions in Albury/Wodonga, Wagga and surrounding towns and districts, capturing many families, children and babies, as well as commercial, lifestyle and editorial photography. There are always plenty of stories to tell from these adventures from a runaway pony to kids stepping in bindis, toddler tantrums, to extreme weather conditions, but no matter what the situation and as carefully as the sessions (especially weddings) are planned, I aim to have fun along the way and try to help everyone around me to feel at ease. I have a particular passion for capturing weddings on rural properties and in locations that embrace our beautiful country landscapes and rustic or iconic buildings.

When I’m not capturing weddings, families and babies around the region, I also have roles telling agricultural stories through her freelance roles with regional print publications. I’m based on a rural property between Albury and Wagga at Culcairn with my husband, and four young children keep me busy building lego scenes with my boisterous six-year-old, practicing pirouettes with my nine-year-old ballerina, reading to my inquisitive four-year-old and creating farm scenes with toy tractors with my two-year-old.

In addition to sharing unique stories through words and pictures, I love having a good conversation and listening to other’s stories. Each tale is unique, each tale is special and each tale will become a memory to treasure forever.

I am Tash, owner, and Photographer at Natasha Larsen Photography. I started this journey back in 2009 and had no idea just how wonderful an adventure it would be.

My work has given me the chance to support my 2 amazing kiddos, be creative with something I absolutely adore and even more importantly; the opportunity to create epic images with honesty and love that will bring back those beautiful emotions for my clients whenever they look at them. Also, the parties! Hello, so much fun!

I like to call my style emotional storytelling, I love to capture those little intimate moments and gestures that show the connections you have. The belly laughs and tears of joy your guests have, the funny faces, the bear hugs, the excitement, the dancing, all the things.

I feel people should be able to express their love in whatever way they wish. Do you love traditions? Amazing! Do you want to go to a mountain top together? Heck yeah! Get lost in a foreign country? Rad!! Backyard extravaganza? Incredible! You want to go get matching tatts and a Margherita, I’m in! (and may also get a tatt).

Whatever your style, the point of this whole thing called marriage is that the love you have for each other is beyond special. It is life. It is the thing that makes you stop and smell the roses, appreciate and share this world with someone in all its chaotic glory, I want to be true to it and celebrate it with you through my work and for us to have a bloody good time doing it!

There are no rules in love. Whichever way you wish to express love and commit to one another, I am keen as a cucumber to capture that for you, so you will forever have these moments and they can continue to spark love and all the squishy feelings as you go through this crazy journey together.

I have had the pleasure of meeting and capturing some incredible moments with truly beautiful souls in the last decade and I am incredibly grateful for that opportunity. I can’t wait to see what beautiful couples come in front of this lens next and what stories they have to share.

I’m the owner of BG Photography co! A photographer from the Riverina who is utterly and entirely obsessed with wedding photography. I created my business 3 years ago as an “all-rounder” photographer capturing families, babies, birthdays, general portraits and births.
